Follow the instructions on how to flash the device carefully from the tutorial below
I will not take responsibility on whatever may happen to your device.
Make sure you are downloading the exact ROM of the device you want to flash because
flashing a wrong firmware, will make the device completely dead
(can't power on, can't charge might not be detected by a computer again)

How to flash this device with this firmware using Miracle Box
Launch Miracle Box
Under MTK tab, click write
Now click the folder icon then navigate to the firmware folder and select the bin file
Click Start Button then connect the phone to PC
Wait for Flash Process to complete
Disconnect and reboot device
You can also use tools like infinity CM2, Volcano box, GPG Dragon etc to flash this firmware
If you have a blur or white display after flash, that means your device has board id

Download the display fix file below and flash with SP Flash Tool, Miracle Box etc
CMX V3+ PLUS DISPLAY FIX
To flash this file using SP Flash Tool,
Download the latest version of SP Flash Tool from here
Launch flash_tool.exe from the extracted folder
Click Scatter loader button
Navigate and to the display fix folder
select the MT6572_Scatter.txt
Click Download button and connect device to PC
Wait for process to complete
Disconnect and boot up device
