To Flash or upgrade your Samsung device with single file using odin,

Put your device into download mode (volume down, home and power)
Connect device to PC
Download the latest version of odin from here
Download and extract the firmware of your Samsung device
Launch Odin
Click on AP button then navigate to the folder containing the firmware and select the file
After odin has analysed the file, Click start button and wait for process to complete
