How to flash/upgrade Samsung devices with Bada OS
To flash these type of devices, you will use Multiloader
Download multiloader from here
Download and install samsung usb drivers from here
Things to note
To know firmware to download, dail *#1234#
Always make sure the boot file you are to flash is is the same version or new
Also dail *#7465625# to check if the phone is simlock status. Flashing a non sim lock firmware on locked phone will make it to freeze.
lastly do not flash without boot file if the region is diffrent from the current phone at hand
Run Multiloader V5.6.7
Select LSI
Use full download if you want to flash boot file. You can always untick it if there's no boot file present
Click the following and select their files respectively. If the file is not available, leave the space blank.
Boot - Amss - Rsrc1 - Rsrc2 - Factory Fs - SHP APP - CSC - FOTA - FS
Turn off device and put it into download mode by holding volume down + Camera key + Power button
Connect phone to PC
Click Port Search on multiloader and your phone will be detected.
Now click download and wait for the flashing process to complete
When flashing or upgrading process is done, it's always good to do a factory reset
To factory reset the phone, dail *2767*3855#
